Ready! I`ve tried and tried to shed those 30 pounds, for ever. But now it`s time to do it once and forever. Starting tomorrow (and that is not just another on of those "starting tomorrow") I am going to pave my way to the healthy eating habits, doing sports every day, drinking enough water, be positive and happy.
I`ll be reporting daily. And if you are on the same path too, we can help each other out.
